1. Payment
Payment for Goods shall occur on Lax Room. All major US Credit Cards are allowed.
2. Prices, Duties, and Taxes
New York State Residents Only: Taxes for New York State Residents on Lax Room are Added at the "All Jurisdiction Rate" of 8.875%.
3. Delivery
Delivery of Purchased Goods will be via Flat Rate USPS unless "Quick Shipment" options are implemented and purchased.
4. Warranty
There is No Warranty on Customized Merchandise Manufactured by Lax Room. For Warranty Information on Non-Customized Merchandise please contact and follow the Original Manufacturer's Warranty.
5. Returns
Any Products being Returned to Lax Room Needs an Initial Request Sent to Lax Room. Please Use the "Contact Us" Page located at the top of Lax Room's Website or in the bottom under Information. Returns are Only Granted for 14 Days After Shipment has been Received and Must be Contain the Original Customer Lax Room Invoice and Purchased Merchandise in Un-Used Condition.
6. Cancellation
Purchased Goods may be Canceled at Any Time. If Cancellation of Goods occur after Shipment the Purchaser must Return Goods at Their Cost to Receive a Full Refund minus Lax Room Gear's Shipment Expense.
7. Law and Arbitration
Please Respect the Law of New York State and/or Residing State for Internet Purchased Goods.
